Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
Seshly sells digital passes (QR codes) that provide access to cannabis social clubs and coffeeshops. Because our service is delivered instantly upon purchase (the QR code is issued immediately), the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply to digital content consumed immediately. However, we offer the refund exceptions described below as a matter of good faith.
2. Eligible Refunds (Full Refund)
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- A technical failure prevented delivery of your QR code within 24 hours of purchase
- The Club was closed at your booked visit time (verified closure, not reduced hours)
- You made a duplicate booking within one hour of the original purchase
- A system error caused an incorrect reservation
- The Club denies entry due to over-capacity at the time of your visit
3. Partial Refunds (50%)
A 50% partial refund may be granted at our discretion in cases of:
- Significant service disruption at the venue, documented and reported within 48 hours
- Medical emergency on the day of the visit, supported by a medical certificate submitted within 48 hours
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued if:
- You changed your mind or travel plans
- You forgot or did not bring a valid ID
- You were denied entry for violating Club conduct rules (dress code, intoxication, etc.)
- You had difficulty locating the venue
- You were dissatisfied with the Club's facilities or products
- Your refund request was submitted more than 48 hours after the visit, or more than 7 days after purchase
- You arrived underage
5. Free Cancellation Window
- More than 24 hours before your visit: full refund, no fee
- 12–24 hours before your visit: refund minus a €2 processing fee
- Less than 12 hours before, or on the day: no refund
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@seshly.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [Order Number]
- Include your order number, the reason for the refund, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photo of closed venue, medical certificate)
- Submit within 48 hours of the incident
We will review your request within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to credit the amount.
