1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://seshly.com(the “Website”) or purchasing any digital Cannabis Club Pass (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please exit the Website and do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Seshly (“Seshly,” “we,” “us”) sells non-transferable digital passes that act as introductory invitations to private, non-profit cannabis social clubs and licensed coffeeshops (“Clubs”) operating legally within their respective jurisdictions. We do not sell cannabis.
3. Age & Jurisdiction
You must be 18 years or older (21+ where local law requires) to purchase or use a Pass. By completing a purchase you confirm that you:
- Meet the minimum local age requirement
- Are in a country or region where accessing cannabis social clubs or coffeeshops is lawful
4. User Account
You may create an optional account to view your order history. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Order & Payment
- Pass prices are displayed at checkout and may vary by club or pass type.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- Prices include VAT where applicable.
- Upon payment confirmation you will receive an instant QR code and access instructions by email.
6. What Your Pass Includes
- A digital QR invitation valid for access to the named Club during the pass validity period.
- Arrival instructions and Club information.
- Email support (09:00–22:00 CET).
Your Pass does NOT include: club membership fees, cannabis products, food or beverages, or transportation.
7. Club Rules
Each Club is an independent association with its own statutes and rules. Typical requirements include:
- Government-issued photo ID on arrival
- Payment of the Club's own membership or door fee (if applicable), paid on-site
- Consumption restricted to on-site premises
- No resale or sharing of products outside the Club
Failure to comply with Club rules may result in denied entry without refund.
8. Refund & Cancellation
- Full refund if the Club is closed at your visit time or denies entry due to capacity issues.
- No refund if you arrive underage, without valid ID, intoxicated, or in violation of these Terms.
- To request a refund, email support@seshly.com within 48 hours of the incident, including your order number and supporting evidence.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (logos, text, graphics, software) is the property of Seshly or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Website without prior written consent.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without express permission
- Misrepresent your age or identity to gain access to a Club
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seshly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, personal injury, or legal penalties incurred at a Club.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seshly and its affiliates against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users and by a banner on the Website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
